A Libra born in the Year of the Snake

One of my readers wrote in with a question: I was born in early October in the Year of the Snake. What can you tell me about the 2013 Snake year? 

You're a Snake/Libra; you are patient, wise and have the power of words. This is a power year for you but I sense that now you feel a little trapped by circumstances or you want to get out more but for some reason can not.  

I suggest you sprinkle sea salt on your porch to clear away the negativity of the last few months. Then dissolve some more sea salt in warm water and spritz it around the house (avoid spraying delicate fabrics) to clear the energy. 

I also suggest you burn a metallic gold candle about once a month to attract prosperity energy and more money in 2013.

Ideally the chime is hung outside her door but if she lived in an apartment she could hang in on a balcony or in a window inside the house (remembering to chime it manually every day or so).
